The Role: The Proving Ground

We are looking for an ambitious Full-Stack Developer with prior practical experience to join our global tech team.

This is not a traditional fetch-coffee internship; this is a 3-month proving ground designed to transition directly into a full-time position. We want to see how you code, how you communicate, and how you handle the fast-paced reality of a startup. If you crush it during these 3 months, a permanent seat on the core team is yours.

You will hit the ground running, writing real production code from week one. You will help architect and build critical components across our ecosystem whether that is optimizing the native Intershop module, streamlining the POS checkout flow, or refining our data sync on Google Cloud.

Because of our unique transaction-based model, every line of code you write to prevent downtime or speed up a checkout directly impacts our shared growth. You will manage your own time and your own code, backed by hands-on mentorship and a direct line to the founders.

You are excited to leverage a modern tech stack (Google Cloud, Dart, TypeScript, PLpgSQL) to disrupt fragmented third-party tools. As a true builder, you are a self-starter who loves the thrill of solving complex problems and turning a 3-month trial into a long-term career.

What excites us

You aren't starting from zero. You have prior, hands-on experience whether that is 1 to 2 years in a junior role, solid freelance work, or massive, production-ready personal projects. You already know your way around Git, APIs, and databases, and you can independently debug your own code before asking for help.

You possess deep resilience, truly understanding startup life where things move fast, requirements can pivot, and adaptability is key.

Since this is 100% remote, you have profound self-discipline and internal drive. You work consistently, write clean code, and hit your milestones independently.

Through strong communication, you ask the right questions and collaborate effectively as you dive deeper into our primary languages (Dart and TypeScript).

Finally, you carry industry empathy. You understand the restaurant business inside out; maybe you've worked in hospitality before, so you know exactly how critical system uptime and lightning-fast UI are when a busy Friday night hits.
